1. Deliveries in Lima
- Orders confirmed and paid for before 12:00 p.m. are delivered the same day within Metropolitan Lima.
- Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
- Delivery costs vary depending on the district and are calculated at checkout.
2. Deliveries to Provinces
- For deliveries outside of Lima, we coordinate with the best available logistics provider to guarantee appropriate delivery times and the perfect condition of the product.
- Delivery time will depend on the location and the chosen shipping company, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the region and will be provided before you confirm your purchase.
3. General Considerations
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking code will be sent to you to track your delivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and accessible address to avoid delivery delays.
- If the order is not received on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be scheduled, subject to availability and any additional costs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened or altered after delivery. Returns will only be accepted if:
- The original product packaging shows obvious damage upon delivery.
- The product received does not match the order placed.
- The product has obvious and verifiable manufacturing defects.
2. Process for Requesting a Return
If your product meets any of the above conditions, please follow these steps:
